Important Notice: By registering on the okwn platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Using the platform without complying with these terms is strictly prohibited.
This document forms a legal agreement between okwn and its users. It applies to okwn's website, mobile version, and any related services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
Age Requirement
To open an account on okwn, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. We may request a valid ID or other supporting documents at any time to verify your age.
Geographic Eligibility
This platform is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. Users accessing the service from regions where online gaming is completely prohibited do so at their own risk. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the local laws and regulations of your location.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the deposited balance may be forfeited. If different people in the same household share a device or IP address, please notify the okwn team.
Account Registration & Verification
When creating an account on okwn, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
The okwn team reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

- Any government-issued document for address verification
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Warning: Keep your account login details (password, OTP) completely confidential. The user bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from sharing them with a third party.

3.1 Deposit Terms
- The deposit method must be registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are generally credited instantly.
- Bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank) may take slightly longer to process.
- Keep proof of the transaction (screenshot or transaction ID).
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements related to a bonus have been met.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
- okwn reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on okwn are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not possible.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
4.1 Bonus Calculation Example
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.
- Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳26,000.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
- Bonuses are only usable on games within the okwn platform.
- The deadline for meeting wagering requirements will be set by okwn and communicated at the time of receiving the bonus.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the deadline, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
- okwn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
4.3 VIP Program
okwn's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

5.1 Game Providers & Software

5.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

5.3 Technical Issues
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server outage, the wager amount for that round will be refunded.
- okwn is not responsible for any issues caused by loss of internet connection.

5.4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okwn platform:

- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes effect after a set waiting period.

- Serious violation of these terms and conditions
- If fraud or bonus abuse is detected
- Suspicion of financial crime
- If false information has been provided
- If identified as a minor
Note: If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, earnings related to bonuses may be forfeited. Whether personally deposited funds are returned will depend on the circumstances.
Limitations of Liability

- Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device
- Delays or errors related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers)
- Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence
